Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for all clothing items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags intact (not cut or removed)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important:
All garments are shipped with an attached tag that includes the associated address details. If this tag is cut, removed, or tampered with, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at cielzora1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at cielzora1@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or used clothing
- Items with tags removed or cut
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order clothing
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, you may return the item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
However, items must still meet our return conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- Tags intact (not cut or removed)
- Original packaging
- Proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Returns must be initiated within the 7-day return window. If a return is attempted beyond this period, it will not be eligible for a refund.
After approval, if more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at cielzora1@gmail.com.
