At CielZora, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably through our trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery and other courier providers.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities and remote areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier availability and operational factors.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional campaigns, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, which can be used to track your shipment in real time.


Shipping Partners

We use reliable third-party courier services such as Delhivery and other logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and execution are subject to the courier’s operations.


Delays & Issues

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical issues
  • High demand periods

In such cases, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner where possible.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

CLZora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.

If the package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Or the order may be cancelled as per our policies

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, CLZora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us within 48 hours at cielzora1@gmail.com, and we will assist in investigating the issue.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
